The Quiet Pilot is structured around a single hypothesis, tested at a pace the team can follow. There is no assumption of continuation. The engagement closes with a written record — a complete account of what was tested, what was found, and what the record suggests for next steps.

Value and transparency
Prices are stated plainly. The Applied Reading is priced at RM 1,180; the Quiet Pilot at RM 2,860; annual Practice Counsel at RM 4,720. There are no variable fees, no scope expansion without new agreement, and no costs that emerge after the engagement begins.
The value of the work is in the quality of what is returned — a paper that helps an organisation think more clearly, or a record that anchors a team's understanding of what was learned in a pilot.
