What kind of organisations does Ondoria work with?
Ondoria works with organisations that have a specific operational question they wish to examine carefully — typically companies with a small data or engineering function that is beginning to consider applied models. The work suits those who prefer considered engagement over rapid deployment.
What does an Applied Reading produce?
It produces a written paper — typically ten to twenty pages — covering the question you are asking, the materials and constraints you have described, and a structural assessment of how an applied model might or might not fit. Static schematics are included where they clarify relationships that prose alone would leave ambiguous. The paper is yours to keep, share, and return to.
How long does a Quiet Pilot take?
A Quiet Pilot is typically scoped over four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the hypothesis and the availability of your team. The pace is set in conversation — the work does not move faster than your team can usefully examine it.
Does Practice Counsel require a minimum commitment?
The standard arrangement is twelve months, which allows enough time for the counsel to read the work with context and for the quarterly reflections to build on one another. Shorter arrangements may be discussed where the scope warrants it.
How is client information handled?
All materials shared with Ondoria are treated as confidential. We do not use client data to develop our own methods, do not discuss client situations externally, and operate within the requirements of Malaysian data protection law. Our full data-handling position is described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I begin?
Write to us — a brief message describing your situation and the question you are holding is enough. We will read it and respond in kind, usually within two working days. There is no obligation attached to writing.
