1. Definitions

In these terms: Ondoria, the firm, we, us, and our refer to Ondoria Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia. You and the user refer to any person or organisation accessing this website or engaging the firm's services. Engagement refers to any formal arrangement between Ondoria and a client as agreed in writing. Content refers to all text, documents, schematics, and materials produced by the firm.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients. For formal engagements, a separate written agreement governs the specific terms of the work — these general terms apply in addition to that agreement.

You must be 18 years of age or older, and have the authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you are acting, to use this site and to enter into engagements.

3. Services described

This website describes three forms of engagement offered by Ondoria: the Applied Reading, the Quiet Pilot, and Practice Counsel. These descriptions are for information purposes. Engagement terms are agreed in individual written agreements and may differ in detail from the general descriptions on this site.

Ondoria reserves the right to decline any enquiry without explanation.

4. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape its content in bulk, or use it in a manner that could harm Ondoria or other users. The content on this website is the property of Ondoria and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Engagement terms

Each engagement is scoped in a written agreement before work begins. The scope does not change without a new written agreement. Ondoria does not assume continuation of an engagement beyond the agreed boundary unless explicitly invited in writing by the client.

The Applied Reading and Quiet Pilot are self-contained engagements. Practice Counsel is a twelve-month retained arrangement, unless a different duration is agreed in writing.

6. Payment terms

Fees for each engagement type are stated on this website and confirmed in the written engagement agreement. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement. Ondoria does not charge variable fees or add costs not stated in the written agreement.

Where an engagement is cancelled by the client after work has begun, fees for work completed to the point of cancellation may be charged. This is set out in the engagement agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All written papers, schematics, and records produced by Ondoria in the course of an engagement are the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed fee. Ondoria retains the right to develop its own methods from the general experience of conducting engagements, but not to reproduce or disclose client-specific materials.

The content of this website — including all text and structural elements — remains the property of Ondoria and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Confidentiality

All engagement work is conducted under confidentiality. Ondoria does not discuss client situations externally, does not use client data for its own commercial purposes, and does not retain client materials beyond the periods described in the Privacy Policy and individual engagement agreements.

9. Disclaimers

Ondoria's engagements produce considered written assessments based on the information provided by the client. These assessments are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Ondoria does not warrant that any particular outcome will result from the use of its assessments.

This website is provided as-is. Ondoria does not warrant that it will be available continuously or free of error.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ondoria's liability to any client or website user is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Ondoria is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Responsible use of AI

Ondoria declines engagements where the proposed application of AI models carries, in the firm's assessment, undue risk to individuals or communities. This position is maintained regardless of the commercial value of the engagement. Clients are expected not to use Ondoria's written assessments in support of applications that would cause harm.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. The consequences of termination — including fees for work completed and the disposition of materials — are set out in the individual engagement agreement. Termination of an engagement does not affect obligations of confidentiality, which survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from an engagement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. 14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms. Changes to engagement terms require written agreement between the parties.
